Because they can? My neighbor, Phoebe, is a striking woman of african extraction. Just a knockout, she makes Beyonce look plain. But she loves the surgeon. Of course, she’s a lawyer and makes freakish money.
They are jealous of ugly people and they are hoping that the plastic surgeon can botch the surgery.

I wouldn’t personally do it, but I don’t hold it against someone who chooses to do it. It’s their money, let them spend it how they want.
As for the “white women” part…it’s not just white women that do it.
They’re women. It’s what they do. They suffer from low self esteem and feel the compulsion to inject their bodies with unnatural and harmful substances to try and appear sexy to their husbands so their husbands don’t cheat with a younger woman, as is their wont to do.
That is…if you live in America.
Its a good idea, most of them look hideous.
