Why would the average 20 year old ANYWHERE consider plastic surgery?
What is wrong with just being you? So what if you’re not perfect? Who is?
Even if I could afford it, I wouldn’t consider it as anything but a waste of money.
you can do most of it on a payment plan or with a credit card.but i like what you said at the end he is an idiot and you should feel good about yourself that your better than that
Not really. First off, if you are 20 yrs old you are in the prime of your looks. Unless you are going to change your face, it makes no sense. Second – you get what you pay for. You want to get a nose job for $8,000 or a nose job for $20,000 – trust me the $20 thousand nose job is going to be a hell of a lot better. And if you make it past point one and two, there’s always the third point – if you have $20,000 for plastic surgury, why not just buy a really great car and get all the attention that way. Besides the average life of a plastic surgury is only seven years – so in ten years you’ll be back under the knife getting another surgury. It’s not worth it until you hit 40 or so, or you live in LA or NY, or you really hate the way you look.
no the normal 20 yr old is in college trying to better thier minds, not fake features that will look terrible in 20 more years, give money to the poor and be happy with your looks
no the average 20 year old american couldnt afford plastic surgery. most 20 year olds have their parents pay for it or get money from friends/family.

Personally, I share the view that using plastic surgery to look better is idiotic. I also think that using plastic surgery to change your features to make them “perfect” is unmoral (ill moral, not moral? agggghhhhhhh!!!!!!!) Plastic Surgery was invented for people who lost half their skin on their face in a fire, not for people who think their nose is to long!!!!
But be fair to your classmate, thats what looking at all the perfect models on t.v. does to us!

I don’t know if the average american 20 year old can afford plastic surgery, but a lot of them put it on a credit card or get out a lone. My brother is having a rhinoplasty using his savings plus a loan….he is 19. I’m 25 and have had quite a bit of surgery myself. It doesn’t make the guy in your class an idiot, because he had surgery and you shouldn’t judge people for chosing to change their looks. It’s their money and their choice. HTH.
