People said that he wanted to be white mainly because his skin was turning white and many of his friends or workers said to him you don’t have to change your skin and he will just turn his head away from them. His hair was also a probably he made his hair natural long and people said that he wanted to look fully Caucasian. Then it was the rumor that for his The Jacksons: An American Dream that he wanted a white kid to play him as a child. His nose was a small bit to wanting to be white thing though his nose did look like a Caucasian nose to me anyway. A lot of people said for the Black or White video was toying with the media about his skin which was untrue
it’s not because of his nose, it’s because over the years he became very white. i think everyone is missing him right now and can care less about this topic anymore.

And Michael’s hair texture doesn’t mean anything. My friend is black & Michael’s skin tone that he was back in the 70s, and her hair is just like his. It’s silky, long, and she doesn’t have “black people hair”. And, it’s true, just because a black person gets a nose job it makes them “want to be white”? No, white people get way more plastic surgery, for butt implants, collagen in their lips, etc…, so I guess they “want to be black”, right?
People are ignorant hypocrites.
And Michael had good hair. People wish they had that hair.

People are ignorant they say things without knowing the truth and it is not fair that a good person like him has to be judged by a rumor people need to learn to get there facts straight and need to stop being soo judgemental.
I dislike people, that judge people. When you think about it, he had a disease that he couldn’t control, he wanted to hide it! He has said several times he is proud to be a black african american. If he wasn’t proud then why would he want to be around other black people?
Like the man said him self “if you hear a lie long enough you start to believe it” and although michael was blessed, this much blessing does give a bad side, and that is the media.

I do find it odd that white people who sit in the sun and damage their skin to look darker get praised for being attractive, yet black people who look a little more white that everyone else are shamed. This is coming from a very pale white girl, who doesn’t sunbathe

Exactly! I couldn’t have said it better. It really grinds my gears when people say he was trying to be white! And you are so right about his hair. I hate when I get perms and and everyone says I’m trying to get white girl hair. It’s frustrating and not fair when white people can get away with tanning and that implant stuff.

They didnt say he wanted to be white because of the nosejobs. They accused him of bleaching himself because over the years his skin was getting lighter. They refused to believe he had vitiligo. Yeah ur right about those people condemning michael for no reason. They’re sad and pathetic people. Also, if they checked their facts, how can you bleach yourself (your WHOLE body) without dying? What do they think he was like aah time for my bath. and he just sat in a bath tub full of bleach? Like wtf do these people even think? Society is always much harder on people of color, and its not fair. Im half black and half puerto rican, so yeah i understand. And i agree with what michael said about all the white people tanning trying to be other than what they are. its a shame that NOW people believe him about the vitiligo (even though there are still some that want to crack those “he bleached himself” jokes) But haters are gonna hate regardless. we just cant let them get to us
because Vitiligo wasnt that well known, now it is, but only because of Michael.
Honestly, sometimes i get that to, i have Vitiligo, and because they know i’m a fan of him, they say to me i’m trying to be white and look like Michael?
