i think most guys who answer this will say that it is a turn off. But honestly, when they would take a really attractive girl that has had all that done rather than a average looking girl with natural beauty. Tyra Banks says it best “they always tell me to look natural, so when I wear jeans and t-shirt, no makeup they’re still checkin out the hoochie in heels”
I wouldn’t be turned off if the person loves herself/himself and is confident as a person. Dressing up, makeup, hairweaves, and surgery are just ways for you to improve your appearance. I don’t see why we have to be condemned for taking advantage of what’s out there and using it to fix ourselves up.

I honestly think it will be a big turn off because everything will be faked. If getting such surgery will make you happy then go right ahead. You dont have to tell whoever you date anyway as long as it looks naturally you will be hotttttt!!
I am attracted to Caucasian guys! They are the hottest. I like it when they are clean cut and take car of themselves. I wouldn’t mind a guy who gets a pedicure and a manicure once in a while. I like guys who are not hairy, that’s gross. If they have shaved legs, that’s hot! I like guys with skater hair also, but still well groomed.

People have their own ideas of how they want to look. If you don’t like they fake hair , breast and plastic surgery.Find some one who is not into all those things.
