No one NEEDS plastic surgery BUT women who have had breast cancer or people who have had traumatic accidents and want to try to fix the damage. People who do it for for their ego is disgusting. Plastic surgery NEVER looks good, and it’s ALWAYS noticeable, no matter how good your butcher is.
