My face is rather fat when I smile, will plastic surgery help?
Wһеח I smile tһе “dimples” around mу lips аrе ѕο large іtѕ disgusting! Wһеח I pull mу skin back јυѕt a ƖіttƖе I look ѕο much better… іѕ tһіѕ worth getting plastic surgery over?

Nο, I аm חοt overweight… infact I аm аbουt 15lbs underweight fοr mу height (5′ 9″) ѕο I’m going tο try cardio…

no, you must do alot of cardio. cardio will make your skin thinner, but not skeleton looking. are you over weight?
plastic surgery maybe because it might give u confidence but if you would embrace yourself and your smile the way it is now and love it – u would feel beautiful and others will agree—–then you can use all that surgery money for something useful
It will but it is best just to smile and be yourself. you can be beautiful in every way. If someone doesn’t like your smile then that is their problem
What you don’t like about yourself is what other people loves from you! Look at the Internet and you will find lots of different people. Now look at yourself again at the mirror. Do you really have a problem? Did Mariah Carey had one with her cheeks? Did Barbra Streisand had one with his nose? We are all unique. Love yourself. You are unique!

If it going to make you happier to have the plastic surgery then it is worth it, but if it is making you happier because of what other people think then no. Altering your apperance should be done for you and only you. At the end of the day you have to be happy with yourself before anyone else will.
Just make sure you think it over before you go messing with your face… and make sure that you do all the research that you can, the last thing you want to do is end up with a doctor that doesnt know what he is doing and it ends up being worse than what you already think it is.
