try the lip plumper from bath and body works. lol, it sounds stupid, but it really does make your lips look bigger. not permanently of course, but it lasts for a while. just keep reapplying. it works, trust me. and its only like 10 dollars. AND try brushing your lips with a wet toothbrush..it makes them look fuller. so brush your lips and then use the lip plumper and your lips should look a lot fuller. good luck.
You don’t have to get surgery to do this. They have natural lip plumpers that just basically irritate your lips until they swell, which is a bad description because it doesn’t hurt one bit and is completely natural!
Or you can just go for simple color, wearing lipstick and extending it a little bit out of the lines of your lips does the trick. Or using subtle lipliner to extend the length of your lips.
I have a lip glos that makes your lips bigger/juicier. So just check out different types of lip glosses and see what happens.
use lip liner and a darker shade of lip gloss. The shade would include maroon, red, orange- gold. But, don’t put on too much!!

Just outline your lips a little bigger then what they are with a lip liner and use a lip gloss, this will make your lips look nice and plumped=]I do this all the time!
use sephora’s venom lip plumper it makes your lips alot bigger with a tingly sensation
well mine got big from sucking the pop can. you know how some people half way open the can and suck it out. Sucking your thumb I noticed alot off people who do that have big lips.
The B&B lip plumper, lip gloss, an outliner and lipstick of lighter color all work. You could also go to the Lacome counter for make up lessons.
try lip plumper it really works your lip tingles because it is working on your lips it is really good and not expensive

Ok… when you line your lips just go very slightly under your natural lip line and then use your lipstick. When you’re done take some concealor with a small synthetic brush and blend undreneath the lip liner. This highlights your line and makes your lips look larger and plumper.
I remember seeing this in one of the make over in the oprah show. The best way to make your lips bigger is to apply lots of lip gloss to the lower region of your lower lip that way it will look more fuller.
